Cancellation and Returns

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within a short period after they are placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for delivery or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a return or replacement within a specified number of days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
